1. Membership Access

Glow Haus Collective provides exclusive digital resources including templates, stock imagery, captions, guides, and related creative assets (“Content”).
Access is granted through an active paid membership hosted via MemberSpace. You must maintain an active subscription to continue accessing the member vault.

2. Billing & Cancellation

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
You may cancel at any time; access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Because members receive immediate access to digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Permitted Use

Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Glow Haus Content for marketing their own business only.

You may use the Content for:

• Social media posts for your own brand or clinic
• Marketing materials, newsletters, and websites promoting your own services

You may not:

• Share, resell, gift, or distribute any Glow Haus Content to others
• Upload Content to resale or stock platforms
• Recreate or modify Content for resale or redistribution
• Use Content on behalf of clients if you are a social-media manager, agency, freelancer, or marketing contractor
• Claim any Glow Haus assets as your own intellectual property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Glow Haus Collective.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All Content within Glow Haus Collective is protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Glow Haus Collective makes every effort to ensure all Content is original and free of infringement.
However, because some materials are AI-assisted, all Content is provided “as is.”
Glow Haus Collective assumes no liability for any third-party copyright claims arising from member use.
Members agree to use discretion when incorporating assets into their own marketing materials.

6. Account Responsibility

Each membership is for one individual. Account sharing, transferring login details, or allowing others to access your account is not permitted.
Glow Haus Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms.

7. Updates to Terms

Glow Haus Collective may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued access to the membership after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
